Can I have my order shipped to another address?
In order for you to receive your Dealer Discount, all orders must ship directly to the Dealership.
Honda Employees:
Individuals can place orders and receive the Honda Pricing, but orders must be shipped to the dealership to receive the Dealer Discount Price. If you would like to ship to another location, you can visit our retail website honda-wholesale.myshopify.com to place your order.
What happens if I place an order and Speedgear does not have it in stock?
While we make every effort to maintain ample supply of our stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If you order something that is out of stock, you will be advised of the expected delivery date. If we do not hear from you, your order will be processed once we receive the item(s) and shipped to you. If you do not wish to wait until this date you can cancel your order at anytime. Backorders are usually filled within 2-3 weeks.
What is the Credit Card Security Policy of the Speedgear Online Store?
Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is one of our top priorities. The Speedgear Online Store does NOT keep a record of your credit card number in its ON-LINE database. Therefore, each time you place an order you will be prompted to enter your credit card number and expiration date. Rest assure your can order without any worries!

All Clearance or Final Sale items are non-returnable . All prices are in US dollars. Many items are of limited availability and may be sold out. Items may increase in price due to availability without notice, especially on backorders, pre-orders.

How long after I place my order will it be shipped?
You can expect speedy fulfillment on all of your orders. In most cases, if your ordering from the USA, your order is processed within 48 hours and received within 5 to 7 business days.
International orders are processed within 72 hours and usually arrive within 7-12 days.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via FedEx or US Postal Service. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require Air Delivery.

Charges are based on domestic ground shipments. Air shipments are available and will be assessed before shipping.
International Customers
International orders are subject to broker and applicable customs clearance/duty fees.

All Special/Custom orders require a 24 piece minimum. Please call or email for a quote!
Returns:
Damaged or mis-shipments.
All claims must be made to the customer service department within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. Call 1-800-777-4453 for an RA # (Return Authorization #). Without an RA #, our warehouse will refuse the package. Include a copy of your original with the returned merchandise. Please put tape on top of any flaw on damaged merchandise for our inspection. All returned merchandise should be insured for the value of the shipment.
